The official depository for the city shall be a full-service bank, be located within a ten-mile radius of the city of Algona, and be a qualified public depository as set forth in RCW 39.58.020, as the city may designate from time to time. (Ord. 765 § 1, 1994; Ord. 400 § 1, 1980).
