8.26.030 Nuisances designated.

The following conditions are hereby declared nuisances within the city of Algona:

A. Vegetation constituting a fire hazard;

B. Vegetation constituting a health hazard;

C. Vegetation constituting a safety hazard;

D. Those state listed noxious weeds subject to mandatory control or eradication. (Ord. 832 § 1, 1997).
