9.24.005 Parks, playgrounds and recreational areas – Free to public.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, all parks, playgrounds or other recreational areas of the city shall be open and accessible to the public at no cost at certain prescribed hours. (Ord. 1021-09 § 1).
