A. A wilful violation of an order issued pursuant to Section 9.32.020 is a misdemeanor, and any person convicted thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment of no more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

B. The written order releasing the defendant shall contain the court’s directives and shall bear the legend “VIOLATION OF THIS ORDER IS A CRIMINAL OFFENSE UNDER THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF ALGONA, WASHINGTON.” (Ord. 725 § 1, 1993; Ord. 629 § 3, 1989).
