The developer shall comply with all provisions of the “Developer’s Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance” as set forth in Section 3.03 of the city of Algona Public Works Standards. (Ord. 1110-15 § 2; Ord. 874 § 3, 1999; Ord. 342 § 5, 1978).
