12.08.060 Hold harmless.

The developer shall comply with all provisions of the “Hold Harmless Clause” as set forth in Section 3.02 of the city of Algona Public Works Standards. (Ord. 1110-15 § 3; Ord. 874 § 4, 1999; Ord. 342 § 7, 1978).
