The owner of any premises, having discontinued the use of water in accordance with Section 13.02.180, may likewise be eligible for a reduced rate in an amount as set forth in Chapter 2.50 of this code. This “availability” charge shall cease when water service is resumed and all regular utility charges once again applied. (Ord. 947-04 § 2).
