The applicant’s engineer shall be responsible for the inspection and approval of all work on private property as shown on the approved plan. This shall include, but is not limited to, all grading work, drainage facilities and erosion and sedimentation control facilities or other work approved for the project. The engineer shall act as the coordinator and liaison between the applicant and the city. (Ord. 1113-15 § 7; Ord. 810 § 1, 1996).
