Any person having actual notice of any restrictions imposed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter who violates any restrictions so imposed shall upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not to exceed one hundred dollars. Each day’s violation constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. 609 § 5, 1988).
